Mike:
Suggest you add a space for people to not only pay $25 dues but also to give a donation to the "cause".
I also would appreciate a line that asks for the individual's strengths that he/she brings to the organization (speaking, organizing, networking etc.)
If we had that information from all of our members, we could tap that for use at our first IHCFA retreat that was approved at our last steering committee meeting.
