Who’s Uninsured in Idaho and Why

  • Most uninsured Idahoans are in working families. For most uninsured Idahoans (88 percent), at least one person in the family works either fulltime or part-time. Many (52 percent) have family members who work full time, all year.

The largest number of uninsured are those aged 30-49, but the rate of uninsurance is highest for young adults, aged 19-29.
